The Estate’s land area is about 950 ha
with 300 ha of cultivated land and
600 ha productive forest with
distribution 50/50 deciduous-
coniferous forest. Large part of the
deciduous forest consists of very
high-quality oak.

emphasis on herb seed cultivation.
We refine the oak of the Estate, as
well custom sawing wood for both
private customers and to companies
such as municipalities and
architectural offices.
The goal is to promote the naturally
rejuvenated oak and refine the raw
material to yield its’ equivalent to the
coniferous forest.
